By creating an account and using the Concentrics Ticket Helper ("the Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service is an internal web application that utilizes third-party artificial intelligence services to assist in summarizing and classifying IT support ticket information based on user-provided text.

3. Data Privacy and User Responsibility (IMPORTANT)

You acknowledge that all text you enter into the Service is transmitted over the internet and processed by external, third-party AI providers. Therefore, you agree that you will NEVER submit any sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information.

4. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is". The output generated by the AI is a suggestion and may contain inaccuracies. All AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified for accuracy by you before use.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
